The Tallahassee Chapter of The Drifters, Inc. established the Minority Collegiate Scholarship to contribute to the development, improvement, and education of minority students in the Tallahassee, Florida area, by providing opportunities and financial support for high school students entering institutions of higher learning.

This  is a "need based" scholarship  award for  $1,000  per  academic  year,  awarded 
$500.00 per semester.
